Security Wait Times At SEA

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport faces high passenger traffic during peak hours. Typically, early mornings and late evenings remain the busiest periods. The Pre-Security Information Desk is available at the ticketing level, between Security Checkpoints 4 and 5. However, the Post-Security Desk is at A Concourse between Gates A5 and A6.

Travelers start by checking bags at the available baggage screening counters beside the SEA Check-in desks. You will also receive baggage carts, porter service, a storage facility, and other amenities for their assistance. Additionally, they provide clear directions to the claim areas. 

Children’s Play Area

If you are at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with your little ones, you can make a visit to the airport’s children’s play areas available at 2 locations at the main terminal.   • Then, Concourse A pet relief area is available near A10.
  • The INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS FACILITY pet relief area is available at the Mezzanine Level for passengers arriving internationally in the U.S. Customs areas.
  • On the south end of the SEA airport, adjacent to door 00/02 near the baggage claim area, past Carousel 1.
  • The Concourse S pet relief area is available at the S SEA Underground Train Station. 
  • Near the Parking Garage, near the blue elevators and the cruise lobby’s exit to transportation.
  • The Concourse  D pet relief area is available at the restrooms near D1. 
  • And at last, at last, the Concourse B pet relief area is available at the B SEA Underground Train Station.
